Refund Policy

1. No refunds

All fees paid to Optigestix — including subscription fees, setup and onboarding charges, data migration charges, training fees and any add-on module charges — are non-refundable. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike, whether or not the platform is actively used during the paid period.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by writing to support. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund fees already paid. Your workspace remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for.

3. Upgrades and downgrades

Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a pro-rata basis. Downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle, and the difference for the current period is not refunded or credited.

4. Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you are charged twice for the same period, or charged in error because of a technical fault on our side, write to us within 7 days of the transaction and we will verify and reverse the incorrect amount. This is the only circumstance in which a payment is returned.

5. Service interruptions

Planned maintenance and occasional downtime do not qualify for refunds or credits. Service credits apply only where an Enterprise agreement expressly provides a written SLA.

6. Evaluate before you buy

We encourage every firm to book a demo and evaluate Optigestix thoroughly before subscribing, so the platform is a confirmed fit for your workflow. Our team is happy to walk through any module in detail.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
