• Content you enter into the platform — projects, quotations, bills, invoices, expenses, site-visit reports and specifications.
• Enquiry details submitted through our contact form or sent to us by email.
• Basic technical data such as device type, browser and log records needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How we use information

• To operate, maintain and improve the Optigestix platform and its modules.
• To respond to enquiries, provide onboarding, and deliver customer support.
• To send service notices such as billing, security and product updates.
• To detect, investigate and prevent misuse, fraud or security incidents.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your project data to advertise to you.

3. Sharing and service providers

We share information only with service providers who help us run Optigestix — for example hosting, database, email delivery and payment processing — and only to the extent required to deliver those services. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law.

4. Data security

Optigestix uses authenticated access, encrypted data storage and HTTPS communication across all modules. Access to production data is limited to authorised personnel. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we encourage strong passwords and careful management of user roles inside your workspace.

5. Data retention

We keep account and project data for as long as your workspace is active. After an account is closed, data is retained only for the period needed to meet legal, accounting and tax obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal information. Write to us at [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period, typically 24 to 48 hours for an initial reply.

7. Cookies

Our website and application use essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the platform works.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email, and the “last updated” date above will change.
